Terms of Service

Nestly (nestlydom.ru) is a free, personal, non-commercial project for keeping track of what you have at home. By using it you accept these terms. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for who can access your account.
- Your nickname must not mislead, offend or impersonate someone else.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it to you and to the members of your homes, only as far as running the service needs. Do not upload anything you have no right to, or anything unlawful.
The fields and photos listed as encrypted in the privacy policy are protected by members’ keys: we cannot read or recover them without those keys. Readable metadata is described separately. Keep a device with the key, a passkey or the recovery code; without any of these or another member, encrypted data cannot be recovered.
Homes and members
- The owner of a home decides whom to invite and for how long.
- Members can change what is in a home; guests can only look, while their access lasts.
- Inviting someone opens everything in the home to them.
What you must not do
- Try to get into other people's homes or accounts, or get around the service's protection.
- Load the service automatically or interfere with how it runs.
- Use it for spam or anything unlawful.
How the service runs
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted; keep a copy of anything that matters a lot to you. The service is free and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may limit access for anyone who breaks these terms. If the project is ever closed, we will try to announce it in advance.
Changes
If these terms change, we update the date on this page and announce significant changes in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
